The Projects List page displays information on upcoming Forsta Discussions sessions and a list of all projects you have created. Use this page to launch a session or to create, delete, and manage specific Discussions projects.
Forsta Discussion projects are ultimately managed through Forsta Plus' SmartHub. To view the Discussions Projects List page:
Log into Forsta Plus and select SmartHub from the grid of available applications
Select an existing hub from the list of available hubs, or create a new one.
Select the Discussions icon from the sidebar (column of icons on the left of the screen).
The Projects Overview page is then displayed.
The Projects List page is split into two main sections:
Upcoming Sessions - Shown as area 1 above, this section displays any upcoming sessions for today, showing the session name and scheduled start date and time. Sessions can be launched directly from here, and a list of participants that have accepted the invite can be viewed so you know in advance who is scheduled to attend (refer to Viewing Scheduled Participants). Note that you must refresh the page to see any newly accepted participants since this page was last loaded. You can also launch a session from the Project Details page.
All Projects - Shown as area 2 above, this section shows a list of all the defined projects (both past and future) that can be managed or deleted. For each project, the first and last session dates that have been created are shown, along with last modified and date created information. Two icons per row allow each project to be managed (
) or deleted (
). Clicking on the pencil icon allows you to manage an existing project and takes you to the Project Detail page.
In addition, a new project can be created by clicking the New Project button at the top-right of the screen (see the Creating a New Project article for further information)
To manage an existing project, click on the pencil icon () on the appropriate project line to be taken to the Project Detail page (see the Project Detail article for further information).
