Whilst you are hosting a meeting as a Moderator, you can share a browser tab, a window or your entire screen. In addition, if you are using Chrome or Edge, you have the option of sharing the audio from a browser tab or your whole system audio, dependent on what you are sharing.
During a meeting, pressing the Share button enables you to share a browser tab, a window, or an entire screen. When sharing a browser tab or the entire screen, you also have the option to share the browser tab audio (when sharing a browser tab) or system audio (when sharing an entire screen).
Tick the check box according to whether you wish to share your browser or system audio. The selection is persistent between sessions, so be sure to check this setting each time you share your browser tab or entire screen.
Note: When sharing system or browser tab audio when using Chrome or Edge, your microphone is muted which prevents the participants from hearing you. They can only hear your system or browser tab audio until you stop sharing. If you do not share browser tab or system audio, your microphone is not muted and participants will be able to hear you speak throughout the share.
