During a live session, open the participant panel to view all attendees. Network quality indicators are displayed next to each participant’s name.
Green Icon: Indicates a strong network connection with no expected issues.
Yellow Icon: Indicates a moderate network connection that may experience some instability.
Red Icon: Indicates a poor network connection with likely disruptions in audio or video quality.
Moderators and participants can monitor the network quality of all attendees in real-time. This feature helps in identifying participants who may need assistance with their connectivity.
Participants experiencing network issues can take steps to improve their connection, such as moving closer to their router or switching to a wired connection.
Moderators can suggest solutions or make adjustments to the session to accommodate participants with poor connections.
